Altar Servers

What does this ministry/group do?

To assist the priest at the altar in the celebration of the mass.

When do they meet/serve?

There are no monthly meetings.
Will serve about 2x per month (~2.5 hours).

Who is invited to participate?

Youth 5th grade and up.

What volunteer opportunities are there?

There are 8 Altar Servers scheduled per weekend. Also serve at Confirmations, and other special Masses as needed.

What is the time commitment?

1 year.

What skills are required?

No particular skills are required, only a willingness to serve.

Is any training required? If so, what does that look like?

Servers complete ~1.5 hours of training prior to being scheduled to serve.
